Bihar government has provided a new facility to the land buyers. Now the land buyers can also get the registration done online. Bihar government has provided this facility. E-registration facility will be available in 11 new zones of Patna, Saran, Vaishali, Nawada and Muzaffarpur of the state. You can avail this benefit from 9th September. Assistant Registrar Inspector General of Registration Department Sushil Kumar Suman has sent the letter of order to the sub-registrar of these new districts.
Online registry facility available in these areas from September 9
At present, e-registration software is working in five registration offices of Bihar, Patna City, Fatuha, Bihta, Danapur and Jehanabad since July 29. Now from September 9, the facility of online registry will be available in Barh, Vikram, Masaurhi, Phulwarisharif, Sampatchak of Patna, Sonpur of Saran, Piro of Bhojpur, Rajauli of Nawada, Patepur of Vaishali and Katna registration office of Muzaffarpur. The Bihar government claims that soon this facility will be made available in all the major regions of the state.
software bugs have been fixed
According to the department, on 29th July, there was some problem in the software in the five zone offices where online registration facility was available. The technical team has fixed all the flaws. If the software works properly in the 11 new zones, then by the end of this year, the facility of online registration will start in all the 137 registration offices.
